In some situations when a product is displaced and we are unable to replace it. Customers are requested to place a new order in which the value of displaced product shall be reduced.
Refund shall be considered only in special cases for which the customer is instructed to contact us.

After a successful delivery the product will only be taken back if a wrong product is delivered or a damaged product is received. But the client should provide a proper evidence of damage and should follow the instructions that are provided on the package.
